We only have a delivery fee for our rentals which is $20. Delivery to any location over 15 miles from our business will be an additional $0.50 per mile. This charge will be reflected on your final invoice.
Yard cards do not have a delivery fee as long as the location is within 15 miles of our business. Delivery to any location over 15 miles from our business will be an additional $0.50 per mile. This charge will be reflected on your final invoice. If, for any reason, we have to make a second attempt to deliver, there will be a $25 fee.

In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, heavy rain, high winds, etc. If we are unable to set up due to inclement weather, you will receive a full refund. No worries, though – we do set up in the rain!

No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community. No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up. No refunds will be given for any circumstance out of our control that prevents us from setting up.

We often have to arrive several hours in advance (applies only to rentals) in order to get all of our rentals delivered by the scheduled party times for all our customers. There is no fee for extra time if we deliver early, and your rental will still last the scheduled amount of time that you requested. If an early delivery will be a problem, please notify our office as soon as possible.
We install lawn displays after 8:00 PM (for next-day displays) in the order they are received. We start our pickups in the evening and depending on our inventory, may pick up before our evening set-ups.
For Parties we will arrive 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to party to set up.
We will do our best to accommodate specific time requests, but nothing is guaranteed.
