FAQs

  • We deliver within a 15 mile radius. Delivery to any location over 15 miles from our business will be an additional $0.50 per mile. This charge will be reflected on your final invoice. If, for any reason, we have to make a second attempt to deliver, there will be a $25 fee.

  • In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, heavy rain, high winds, etc. If we are unable to set up due to inclement weather, you will receive a full refund. No worries, though – we do set up in the rain!

  • If you must cancel your booking, 48-hour notice is required for a full refund. If you cancel your booking 24 hours before your event, you can choose to receive half of your booking rate as a refund, or you may use the full amount as a credit for a future booking date (subject to availability). If you book your display for a second day and cancel before your 48-hour mark, you will not receive a refund for your second day.

  • No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community. No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up. No refunds will be given for any circumstance out of our control that prevents us from setting up.

  • We install lawn displays after 8:00 PM (for next-day displays) in the order they are received. We start our pickups in the evening and depending on our inventory, may pick up before our evening set-ups.

    We will do our best to accommodate specific time requests, but nothing is guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate color and graphic requests, but nothing is guaranteed.
